We accept most large and small animals. We have a 75 lb weight limit with no breed restrictions. You are allowed up to 3 pets per unit. Pet rent is $25.00 per month per pet. The deposit for dogs is $600 and the deposit for cats and other small animals is $300. All animals must be up to date on vaccination records and we require proof of licensing.
We are located 2 miles west of the UCD campus.The Unitrans bus lines that stop on Russell Boulevard (back of our community) and Lake Boulevard are DKPQ. Please view the Unitrans website/phone application for exact pick up times (unitrans.ucdavis.edu).
Water, sewer and garbage are not included in the rent. There is a separate flat rate fee based on floorplan type. Electricity/gas are also not included and it is the responsibility of the resident(s) to set up an account with Pacific Gas & Electric prior to moving in. Once you have been notified of the apartment number you will be moving into, you can either go to Pacific Gas & Electric’s website at pge.com or call them directly at (800) 743-5000 to set up an account. We will need proof of your PG&E account number to ensure the unit is not under the responsibility of the office.
Residents who want cable television/internet will need to contact a local service provider and set up cable service on their own at their own expense.
Renter’s insurance is required.
We do not allow lease cancellations or any lease buy-outs. However, at the discretion of management, the lease may be assigned to a new resident, provided the new resident meets all of Stonegate Village qualifying standards and the exiting resident pays the lease assignment fee of $350.
No, we accept all applicants that meet our qualifying standards.
Stonegate Village does not offer individual leases. This means that you and your roommates are equally responsible for your lease and your rent.
