HOW CLOSE ARE YOU TO CAMPUS AND WHAT UNITRANS BUS LINES ARE OFFERED?
We are located 2 miles west of the UCD campus.The Unitrans bus lines that stop on Russell Boulevard (back of our community) and Lake Boulevard are DKPQ. Please view the Unitrans website/phone application for exact pick up times (unitrans.ucdavis.edu).
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Stonegate Village is a pet friendly community; however, certain restrictions and fees apply. Please contact our office for details.
WHAT UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENT?
Water, sewer and garbage are included in the rent. Electricity/gas is not included and it is the responsibility of the resident(s) to set up an account with Pacific Gas & Electric prior to moving in. Once you have been notified of the apartment number you will be moving into, you can either go to Pacific Gas & Electric’s website at pge.com or call them at (800) 743-5000 to set up an account.
HOW DO I ACCESS THE INTERNET/TELEVISION IN THE APARTMENT?
Residents who want cable television/internet will need to contact a local service provider and set up cable service on their own at their own expense.
DO I NEED TO HAVE RENTER’S INSURANCE?
Renter’s insurance is required.
CAN I CANCEL MY LEASE?
We do not allow lease cancellations or any lease buy-outs. However, at the discretion of management, the lease may be assigned to a new resident, provided the new resident meets all of Stonegate Village qualifying standards and the exiting resident pays the lease assignment fee of $350.
DOES STONEGATE VILLAGE RENT ONLY TO STUDENTS?
No, we accept all applicants that meet our qualifying standards.
DOES STONEGATE VILLAGE OFFER INDIVIDUAL OR “BY THE BED” LEASING?
Stonegate Village does not offers individual leases. This means that you and your roommates are equally responsible for your lease and your rent. If you are solely interested in leasing by the bed/individual lease our sister community Greystone Apartments does offer this independent of other roommates that may be assigned to your apartment.
